Instead of just making healthy food for myself, I include my friends and significant other in it. The girls and me made sugar free cupcakes and decorated them with a little bit of sugar free frosting. Fun and healthy.

When I wake in the mornings. I say my prayer of Thank you to God for waking me to see another day,than I also include others in my prayer. In the bathroom I would say anotherday, think and decide what I am doing today .
I keep a positive frame of mind. I make a small breakfast which will help to keep me energize, go for my morning walk, return do a quick workout in the garage or head for the gym. Readmy Daily word , take a shower have a snack and start working on my plan of the day.
I try to have all sorts of motivation for myself to keep on track with my fitness. It's all too easy to do a little less or skip exercise entirely because I might be feeling tired. So I make it a point to ask other people about their fitness routine. And then we have a fitness discussion. After that I keep up with that person and we continue to have fitness discussions. It's like having an invisible fitness buddy and I include someone in my workout endeavor.
Take care of yourself the way that you take care of your most dear loved one. You deserve to be treated well, by yourself as well as others. This includes taking care of your body by eating well and exercising. It's said that you teach people how to treat you. So treat yourself well, and show others how it's done.
