Make exercising time a stress-free zone. I do not allow myself to worry about anything or think any unhappy thoughts while exercising. I began looking forward to exercising when it became the one part of my day where I could push all of my stressors out of my head and focus on my dreams and aspirations.
For example, while running I might think about a vacation I want to take to Italy. Or about how amazing I will look in my swimsuit. Or, I think about how great it would be to be laying on a beach under a beautiful sunset. Anything that is positive and stress-free!
