I've been cutting back on dairy for a while. I avoid soy milk since as a vegetarian it is easy to eat too much soy in fake meats and such. The main thing I use milk for is cereal and almond milk is the first "milk" I found that I like as much as cow's milk; in fact I like it better on cereal. I prefer the original to the unsweetened; it adds just the right amount of sweetness to unsweetened cereals. I'm much more worried about eating to much artificial sweeteners than I am about a little sugar in my almond milk. - by GIANT-STEPS
