When you are feeling hungry between meals you dont need to eat any "junk food" try eating a healthy snack bar/ fruit/ yogurt. or you could drink a health milk shake or a glass water

Try yougurt on your strawberrys or apples or nuts very tasty

    I try to keep a bag of peeled carrot fingers in the fridge, then when I crave something sweet, shut my eyes and its delicious almost - almost - an exotic fruit!

    I mix one bag of unsalted pecans, unsalted walnuts, unsalted brazil nuts, and one bag of lightly sea salted almonds and place it in a canister on my counter. When I feel like snacking I grab about 8-10 nuts and this helps control the cravings between meals.
