I have found that a smile goes a long way. Want to go the extra mile? Add a cheerful greeting or say something nice. Take just an extra 10 seconds to ask somebody how their day is going (look them in the eye and mean it!). Not only does it make them feel good, but it will make you feel good for the rest of the day! Try it!

I read Eckart Tolly's book The Power of Now. I don't remember everything at all but the one things that has always stood out is just being present in the NOW so I try and enjoy NOW what is my laptop humming, the children taking outside. the quietness of the home the fresh air in the room and the new air coming in the open windows then I focus on the Now and let the past future just go it always works out so I try and be in the NOW.
It's not always easy but with practice it seems to get easier for me. Give it a try it works
