    I use oat bran, I like the consistency and the lower calories too. Pat in Maine.

    I use GG Bran Crispbread because of its low glycemic values. I pulverize these to use in place of high carb flour or bread crumbs. Not too tasty by itself, but it is simple to add spices etc. Also works for making crusts similar to graham crackers.
