My normal excercise routine is Jazzercise several times per week when I am at home. So on the road, I check out my destination for Jazzercise centers, e-mail them about whether there is a charge, and plan my schedule before ever leaving the house! That way I stay on track!

Remember that awesome vacation you had (probably years ago), it can help you through today's stressful moments.... Just close your eyes and picture yourself back on that vacation. Walk the beach, ride a horse, or anything that was a fantastic moment during a past vacation. Spend a few minutes in this mini vacation visualization exercise. When you open your eyes you'll find you are more relaxed and less stressed than you had been a few minutes before.

Don't take a vacation from exercise when you go on vacation. If your hotel has a gym, put in 30 minutes at least. If no gym, take a long walk, jog in place, move yourbody. Wouldn't it be great to come home vacation and not have a weight gain?
