Do you ever want to keep eating after you have finished a meal? I sure do! To combat that, I drink a full 8 oz glass of water after meals. It makes me feel more full, washes away the lingering (tempting) flavors in my mouth, and helps me meet my water quota for the day.

  • I never thought of drinking water after eating. I'll give it a try. Cleaning your teeth right after you eat also helps by getting rid of the lingering food tastes. Thanks.

  • That is a great idea, i have found that for me that this doesn't work for me as well. Sometimes I have to drink a protein shake with non-fat milk. That really fills you up and gives you a boost of protein. - by KRHAGERMAN
