Bad choices for diabetics are Fries, Fried appetizers Fried chicken, just anything fried as they are heavy, starchy ingredients laden with unhealthy fats and can shoot up your blood sugar. Bad for dieters too, the grease adds pounds.

  • I slice a sweet potato into wedges or sticks, put them on a baking pan, spray lightly with either no cal spraybutter or Pam then bake!! Taste even better than fried! - by ROSEBUD1954
