I have found that no matter what excercise I am doing when it becomes uncomfortable if I concentrate on something else I can power through. When I run my legs alway hurt here and there, little hurts, because I want to stop. But if I concentrate on the movements of my arms, making sure they are streight and pumping I forget about my legs. This really working when doing abs, concentrate on my legs and it takes my focus off how much my abs burn and I can usally do more crunchs!!!!
Breakfast is not only important for diabetics, but for those dieting .A good breakfast is low in sugar, high in soluble fiber such as oranges, apples, berries, oatmeal, breakfast barley, and almonds. Raisins are high in sugar...forget them and cereals with sugar.
