I think of the fight in weight loss like a rugby ruck. You gotta keep on rucking through and not give up against the temptations that make you want to give up. You can either give up or break through to your goal. I prefer to show my strength and push through all the pain and temptation to score.

What I'm finding is that truly keeping my meals to 3 times a day with no snacking has opened my eyes to one thing. Even though I battle the urge to continue eating after lunch and dinner, regardless if I feel full/satisfied it is much easier to win this battle twice a day verses 3 or 4 times more than that due to snacking..I can only handle a couple battles which makes me feel strong, so I rather win a few battles then lose tons of them.
