True. Some times when I don't feel like eating much in the evening I'll have a piece of toast and PB. That way I don't wake up in the middle of the night wanting to eat something.

I agree - it makes a huge difference when i make sure there is protein and fat at breakfast - it really keeps me going. And, I have discovered the wonder of cottage cheese. Used to hate it, but topped with excellent salsa, it's a great protein snack.
