Secrets of Success

Hanging Around

  • I always wanted to try an inversion board. Where did you get yours? - by JILLYAGAIN
  • I'd venture to say that not everyone has an inversion table in their home or apartment, BUT I really like doing inversion yoga poses a couple times a week -- especially just throwing my legs up against a wall to do a shoulder stand (or without the wall as well). Yoga instructors always say that it's really healthy to get your heart higher than your head - I forget why exactly (something karmic and chakra-balancing, I'm sure) but it definitely feels good! - by PUFFPASTRY
  • sounds like fun - by DMT1956
