I use my inversion table at the end of the day. This helps me relax and reverse the effects of gravity on my body. You can even to some low impact exercises on it after you get used to hanging upside down. emoticon

    I always wanted to try an inversion board. Where did you get yours?

    I'd venture to say that not everyone has an inversion table in their home or apartment, BUT I really like doing inversion yoga poses a couple times a week -- especially just throwing my legs up against a wall to do a shoulder stand (or without the wall as well). Yoga instructors always say that it's really healthy to get your heart higher than your head - I forget why exactly (something karmic and chakra-balancing, I'm sure) but it definitely feels good!
