Greek Salad ~ tomatoes, red onions, cucumbers, olives, & Feta cheese. Topped with olive oil & oregano.
Black beans, chickpeas, & kidney beans make a tasty chili. Mild or hot, add green chili's & some red pepper flakes. Other high protein choices Quinoa, Oats,Peanut Butter,Spinach, brocolli, whole wheat bread, potatoes, chives, swiss chard, sweet potatoes, Kale, avacados, peas, brussels sprouts, mushrooms, califlower, Lemons, Strawberries, Bananas, Oranges, Grapes
