With the weather getting warmer, I've been craving frozen treats. My solution: frozen fruit! I've always loved eating the frozen mixed berries that I put on my yogurt in the morning, but recently, I've been experimenting by freezing fresh fruit. My new favorite: mango! The frozen pieces taste just like a mango sherbet. Even better, they are in season and on sale in most stores for less than $1.00 each. Another tasty option is pineapple, also in season and on sale!
