After maybe a month of doing the same or similar things, they start to become habits. And that's when the magic really starts: because you forget that it's a chore, and it just turns into something you do every day because, well, because you just do it. Like morning workouts.

I finally realized the only way to gaurentee daily excersise is to walk to work. Its the only way I cant cheat, or squirm out of it. Once I start I have to keep going till I get there, or home. And it fits in my daily schedule during usual travel times.. Just very lucky I live just 1.5 miles from my office. I compliment that routine with home yoga sessions to keep that vital mind body link.
