After maybe a month of doing the same or similar things, they start to become habits. And that's when the magic really starts: because you forget that it's a chore, and it just turns into something you do every day because, well, because you just do it. Like morning workouts.

Tooth-brushing is not what most of us would consider a chore, even though it's not very exciting and we do it every single day. So why should workouts be so difficult to accomplish? Make them a regular part of your day -- and tell yourself that they're a part of your life now -- and here to stay.

till hate exercise after a year but i have it on my planner and feel much better when i do it everyday

    Sooo True! I have gone from a total couch potato to always needing to find something to do that gets me off the couch.
