I like to keep the mini snack sized versions of my favorite candy bars in my pantry for when I'm really craving them. That way I get a small 45 calorie version of what I want and am left completely satisfied.

    Great idea! I do the same. Mini;s and snack size are the way to go. Have a look at www.thedailycalorie.com. There is a blog post on there about sweet treats which are all under 100 calories.
