All you accomplish when you don't eat enough is to slow down your metabolism. Change what you eat. Add fruit. Your diet needs lentils,black eyed peas, fresh spinach, walnuts, Almonds, ground flax meal, oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, Greek Yogurt, Wasa Crackers, whole grain bread, high fiber cereal, cabbage, lettuce. Eat a small meal every 2~4 hours, your metabolism will kick in & you won't feel like you're starving. Never skip breakfast, have protein & veggies every meal, eat a sm salad daily, H20

If you are ever tempted by a candy bar or other sweets and snacks just tell yourself over and over that you could eat right and lose the weight now, and eat the sweets later. Tell yourself that you could always buy a 60 cent candy bar or a 99 cent bag of chips, etc. on another day. It always helps!
