I find that if I develop a habit or routine I am better at keeping at exercise. I start each morning with Wii fit and I find that then even if the day gets away from me I have at least had my morning exercise.

I start my day with exercise. I find it gives me more energy throughout the day and that I am more alert and productive after I have exercised. Then, I do not have to fight with myself at the end of the day to go work out when I am tired and ready to relax. I feel positive because I exercised.
It also gives me time at the end of the day to plan a good healthy dinner and relax as I prepare for the next day.
Besides starting my day out exercising I like to eat all day. I eat small portions of healthy or low fat foods all day long and that helps me to not get so hungry. Being I love to eat I find that if I keep things around such as crackers, cut up nibble type vegetables, easy to eat fresh fruit.
I find that I don't get so hungry that I over indulge in foods that are not so good for me.
