You have to remember obesity is a symptom of something else. If you don't explore WHY you have gotten overweight, you continue to struggle. We all know how we got here (over eating, lack of exercise) but why we got here is far more important. The rest will fall into place.
After gaining about 49lbs from a divorce, stressed, holidays and thyroids problems, I was not feeling health and was having low self esteem issues.
