I'm always watching T.V. when I should be workingout, I found if I get up the last 15 min. of the show at the climax or like when Rachel Ray cooks her daily meal, I walk in place doing my favorite walk it out moves while concentrating on the plot of the show and I have easily done a workout and usually continue on for an extra 10 or 15 minuets. I do this a couple of times throughout the day,

been down that diet road a few times but now that I have my mini team of helpers My kids don't let me get away with anything they make sure i stick to my diet and it really helped me build up my streangths to avoid those unhealthy snacks and learn to eat right .....
My oldest is 13 and she goes walking with me every other night and since she is on the track team in jr high she gives me tips on staying fit:)
If I had tried and lost nothing with so many others, It took a wake up of getting out of breath on a short walk. It scared me, I tried to walk, I had to crawl first , but since then I have worked to marathons, and average 2 mile walks daily. Waking took off 86 lbs and keeps me healthy know know walking can take the weight off and keep it off too. Try walking (inside or out)9
