The best way I know to stay motivated here on Spark is to read the Success Stories, visit the Success stories Sparkpages, and also to join a team or teams that will help you to step out of your "Comfort Zone" and whose members will be there to support you along this lifestyle journey.
One of the best teams I know for this is the BLC. It's members inspire, support, motivate, and help walk you through this process.
Find a Spark Group that has challenges that include exercise. I like the support of the team and there are times I exercise 'for the team' to get points and not let the team down. My goal was 12,500 fitness minutes for the year, and I will easily meet the goal thanks to the 5% Challenge Teams.
