Getting water is easier when you have a bottle you LOVE! Find one that is easy for you to use. BE PICKY!
Personally, I like a flip top bottle that I can chug water out of easily. Blender bottles are my personal favorite. I have had the same 2 that I have been swapping out for 3 years...and now my hubby is using them as well!

We buy bottled water, so at the start of each day I put 4 bottles of water on my side kitchen counter, whch is equal to 8 glasses. I try to have mini goals in mind, such as by lunch I should be going for the 2nd bottle, by mid afternoon the 3rd and by dinner time the last one. I often find myself getting a 5th bottle out after dinner. I also find I drink more water when I pour it into a cup.
Drinking water is a huge challenge for me. After trying many different types; ie open, with a straw, with a pour spout, and different sizes I finally found the combination. For me a bottle with a straw that holds 32 oz helps me get all my water in a day. I fill it up before breakfast and then again at lunch and I know I've met my goal. 194
To get enough water I found if I fill up 4- 24 oz bottles and put them on the shelf in the refrigerator and reach for one as I finish one I can get my water in for the day. Fill the bottle back up and put it on the door for tomorrows water count. If you work take the bottles to work in a small ice chest. Drinking out of a bottle makes the water go down faster.
