During a work out when I feel like giving up, I take a deep breath and finish strong. After that hard work out and feeling the burn makes me feel very positive! Like I can do anything I put my mind to. Staying positve is very important when having a new lifestyle!

I am a big fan of Jackie Warner's Thinervention show. The one thing that she i always telling the people who are trying to loose weight and become healthy is "finish strong". So when I am working out and I get tired and feel like giving up I hear her say "finish strong" and that encourages me to not only to continue but to finish. By the end am feeling great and energized!!!!
When I'm tired, or wake up tired, I just don't feel like exercising. So, I tell myself I'll do an exercise video "half-heartedly" or I'll go walking "slowly". After I get going, I almost always get into it and finish strong!
When I workout in the first 5 minutes i start slow and in the last 5 minutes i push myself to finish strong and not let up on my workout intensity. For example if i go for a 45 minute run, I walk for 5 minutes before i start jogging then the last 5 minutes i sprint.
Don't forget to add on a 2 minute cool down period after your workout.
