I have a small deep freezer and sometimes it is hard to know what is in it, so I printed a list of everything that is in it and when I take something out or put something in I either add or subtract it.
This way when I look at the list for grocery shopping day and butcher day, I know what is exactly in there.
I was home today relaxing. I enjoyed my food plan, worked out cleaned, met my goals for the day. Work has been stressing me out lately and my doc thought a recent weight gain and hi blood pressure was partly because of stress
Taking time for me today was a well needed mental day
Maintaining means calories in is approximately equal to calories out. If you've been doing a lot of cardio to burn off pounds, I wouldn't suggest stopping that - but you might want to tone it down. Similarly, build up the calories - FINALLY - you can have a snack or 2.
It takes time but the balance does come!!
