Keep Weight Tracker Accurate

If you gain weight after a vacation or holiday, update tracker w/accurate weight! It's tempting to leave lower weight there. But don't b/c I've learned I lose the weight quicker when I can start using the tracker to show a weight loss, vs leaving it at the lower (inaccurate) weight & being reminded daily that you're not there. That negative reminder might hinder motivation where being accurate (& showing drops right away) will boost motivation!

MORE INFORMATION:
I have noticed this twice myself and both times after vacation weight gains, delayed updating my tracker to show the weight gain. I had a hard time getting the weight off & finally gave in & updated tracker. Then I was able to update tracker w/"losses" immediately & it boosted my spirits/motivation.

    I totally agree with changing your weight, even if you gain some. Even though nobody looks at my profile, i was still a bit embarrassed to update that I gained a few lbs. This week I just gave in, updated my weight & started all over. :)

    Thanks for pointing this out. I was not keeping mine up and had gained over the past few months. So I just adjusted it and put in my current weight. I feel more motivated already!

    Thanks for this tip, I'm going on vacation next week. I'm planning best I can, but I know it will be tough to stay on track.
