Take 5 minutes, every day, to look at yourself in the mirror. Don't pick at your flaws or put yourself down, just look at your features and find those things about your body that you love. Tell yourself that you are getting stronger every day and that you are choosing to live a healthier lifestyle and that you and your body should be appreciated and complimented for all the efforts you are putting forth.
