Use 1 to 1 1/2 cup containers to put extra soup or meals in then freeze them in the container. Once they're frozen take them out of container and put them all in a large freezer ziploc bag with a label on it of what it is and the date. When you need a meal it is all ready and the right portion needed.
I carry a 20 oz container full of water all day long. It saves on bottles of water. I have a water softner. I never leave home for more than a couple of hours with out at least two containers. i also make sure to drink 5-8 oz of water within 30 mins of my main meals. I feel full and eat less.194
I like to use my Sundays to make meals for the rest of the week. I chop my veggies and put them in plastic storage bowls for my lunches. I cook one thing in the slow cooker to eat on all week. I portion it out for my meals so I never over eat it.
