When I'm having one less than enjoyable day of exercise and hear myself saying, "I don't like doing this anymore", I remind myself that every day is different and yesterday or two days ago I was telling myself how good or healthy it felt. Perspective.

One caveat: if you really find yourself disliking the activity frequently, maybe it's time to change some aspect of your activity or choose a new one.
