If you have trouble overeating on the weekend, then switch your weigh-in/measure day to FRIDAY. This way, if you lost weight, it'll be on your mind over the weekend and help you stay healthy!

    I thought weigh in wed was good, but i think weigh in fridays are better.

    I am going to try this. I weigh daily and keep hearing that I should only weigh once a week. It will be Friday. Keep fighting you will obtain your goal!!! emoticon
