Eating all your meals in the day, and not eating past 6pm will have the pounds come off! it's worked for me! I was 158 lbs a week 1/2 ago, and now i'm down to 153! and of course with exercise!
Also when you crave sweets, drink diet coke! or diet soda! it will cure your craving!!!
