ALWAYS read the labels on the foods you are picking up. I never thought much of a couple of items I ate regularly and then I read the nutrition label to find it contained over 700mg of sodium. Always read the nutrition lables, even if it does take more of your time. Your health is worth it.

    This is so true! It's surprising what is in canned and pre-packaged foods!
