While I am sitting at my computer or just sitting on the couch, watching tv, I do butt crunches. I sit straight up and squeeze my butt cheeks together and hole for 10 seconds, release and do again for the entire time I am sitting!

Getting in a little extra - while heating up my lunch at work, I'll do leg abductions or adductions; when brushing my teeth, same thing. Also, I sit at a desk, so butt crunches, stand and do push ups off my desk, anything to keep the blood flowing and get that little extra in.
