While I am sitting at my computer or just sitting on the couch, watching tv, I do butt crunches. I sit straight up and squeeze my butt cheeks together and hole for 10 seconds, release and do again for the entire time I am sitting!

Try and spend one day not complaining about anything and looking for only positives..when in traffic ...time to do butt crunches.When really hungry think of the new healthy you..you will smile and it will become habit..then lifestyle
Getting in a little extra - while heating up my lunch at work, I'll do leg abductions or adductions; when brushing my teeth, same thing. Also, I sit at a desk, so butt crunches, stand and do push ups off my desk, anything to keep the blood flowing and get that little extra in.
