I found a bubble gum machine, which only accept quarters. I filled it with pistachios. So when ever I have munchies, I have to put a quarter in to get 6 pistachios. First it helpes me with portion control, second I have enough money to replace the pistachios with another bag without dipping in my pocket.

I always always always have gum with me and at my desk. If I start to want to snack, I pop in a piece. Usually I choose mint gum, but if I've got a sweet craving I'll use bubble gum flavor or Juicy Fruit.
I know 0 calories and zero nutrition BUT as a former DP drinker who drank it at meals and EVERY day - I now have that Diet Pepsi as a treat. When the urge to have the cookie or cake pops up a Diet Pepsi can tame that demon!
PS a fountain soda has less bubbles (in General) so less of a bloated feeling
