Seeing pictures of delicious, healthy, attractive meals that are simple to make always sparks me to think of food differently..today I was thinking of all the different ways I could use tomatoes differently..Visualize appealing, tasty *and* healthy foods and you will eat healthier..

  • I absolutely LOVE this idea! I have a ton of cookbooks already, but I'm compiling my own with faves from the sparkrecipes.com website! I've been printing them out, complete with the submission's name & Nutritional Info; if there's no picture, I add my own once I've made the dish..along with "notes-to-self" of things to do differently or foods to pair the recipe with (yes, I'm sort of nit-pickety that way!) .

    I put them in a red 1" three-ring binder, complete with my motivational mantra "I'VE GOT THE SPARK!" on the front cover..Even though the website is now my homepage, I can just turn to the binder & flip thru when I'm planning my week's worth of meals! emoticon emoticon - by CHERYL329
