Always listen to your body. Don't be afraid to start as slowly as you need to when you first exercise or start back into it after being away for some time. Even if you begin with 2 or 3 mins, it;s far better than not starting at all. Go for it!!!

    i need get some way to start excrising i think ill do it good if i can just get started

    I needed to hear that. Now that I can't do any walking until I get the okay from my doctor, I sure know that I should have been doing just that. When I am allowed to walk again, my doctor said I can only walk for 15 minutes a day to start with, and then build myself up to where I want to be. That's going to be so hard for me.

    I have started running slowly. So slow that my teenage son walked beside me while I ran! emoticon
