For years, I tried everything imaginable to lose the weight, the problem was that my appetite was out of control. I felt there was something wrong with me as my appetite was 3x that of a normal person.
Once I stumbled across an article about high fructose corn syrup, I was shocked at what I read. Apparantly it shuts off your brains function that normally tells you that you're full. While hard to believe, once I stopped taking it, my appetite was about a third of what once was!
It will take about 2 weeks to see the difference. Make sure to check your labels very carefully as it is in everything from white bread to yogurt to soda. I even found it in a few wheat breads. One can of soda will put you over the safe limit. Do a google search on hfcs, it is very eye opening.

Counting the ingredients in the food you eat will help you avoid high fructose corn syrup and other additives that do nothing to keep you going healthy and strong. Avoiding these additives will also help you ease indigestion and other nasty things. If a food has more than 20 ingredients, don't eat it at all. If it has more than 10, eat it rarely.
