Hi! I like to chew on a mint (like Altoid) or mint flavored sugarless gum (like Extra Polar Ice) to get me through a time of tempting nibbles or snacking. These times for me are: after school grocery store trip when I am hungry for snacks, also it helps me avoid those tempting sample trays that sit out in the isles of the grocery store; socials after work or at church, where there are lots of tempting snacks awaiting me.
