When I get the urge to eat just because I'm bored, but I can't get out to exercise or do something different, chewing gum gives my mouth something to do. It also helps when I know I should stop eating a meal but still want to chew. No calorie, fruity flavors are the best because it tastes like dessert! And it makes your breath better and your teeth whiter emoticon
