Be true to yourself. Pay attention to how much you are comfortable with giving and taking in relationships and draw the boundary lines in a healthy place for you. Enforce those boundaries with a smile and a positive attitude.
I live in a split level house so there are many stairs. I also want to organize my stuff. I try to spend 30 minutes decluttering and moving stuff from the attic to the basement. I am moving swiftly. When you start eating more vegetables, especially more of the leafy green kind, and most especially if you never really ate that many before, TAKE BEANO (or something similar). Otherwise, you may end up with really bad gas (and the bloating and cramps that go with it).
