I have discovered that if I make a salad for 10, eat as much as I want, and store the rest in the fridge, I snack on junk less. Having a prepared salad in the fridge makes it easy for me to choose the veggies over the salty/crunchy food I'm craving... grated cabbage in the salad helps!

Buy a bag of frozen fruit -- raspberries work particularly well for me. When you feel like having something cold and sweet after dinner, munching on some frozen fruit curbs cravings in a healthy, low calorie way!
Drink as much fresh brewed loose leaf tea as you want, especially between meals....it's full of beneficial antioxidants and curbs cravings. I like dandelion detox tea for "cleansing". Rooibos (red bark) and Oolong teas are great too! I like to brew my tea and then chill it over ice - refreshing!
