Use any sedentary time to add activity by squeezing your glutes and sucking in your tummy repetitively. I use this in the car on my commute, at my desk, on the couch and even in bed before sleep.

Try different rhythms like squeezing for a count of 3 then relaxing on the 4th count. Alternate your belly and your glutes. Try belly 2, 3, release, glutes 2, 3, release, squeeze glutes, 2, 3, release, belly, 2, 3, release.
