First, plan on cooking extra with the idea you will freeze some. This saves time and energy later, make you less apt to go for pizza, burgers, or take-out. You can eat healthier when you can control the ingredients. Second, if you are tempted to go back for seconds, or more, be sure you plan to portion that out for future meals as well. You could use these for lunches or dinners, possible even for breakfast sometimes.

If you eat a lot meat, there is a good way to save money on it. Buy an entire pig or cow. It does cost an extreme amount of money to buy, but it lasts about a year and in the end you actually save a large amount of money because you don't need to buy meat for that entire year.
Just know you need a large freezer!
Add Flaxseed & Wheat Germ to your oatmeal, yogurt, baked goods, everyyything!! Flaxseed is a great source of essential fatty acids and is loaded with vitamins and minerals. It also contains antioxidants. Wheat germ is full of folic acid and also has antioxidants. Sprinkle them on your food today!!
Make sure you store them in the fridge or freezer to maintain freshness and keep flaxseed in an opaque container.
Making large batches of freezable meals and freezing them makes homemade frozen meals that you can eat anytime, and it is cheaper than buying the processed ones. Plus, meat keeps way better in the freezer, so you can get a ton when it is on sale and cook it into various meals over time.
