    Thanks for posting - even though I've been doing it sorta & not thinking about it , reading your secret puts it in words (print) & makes my mind register it better. I'm a "visual" person I guess. Plus I find I look forward (dare I say almost crave) eating my fruit through out the day. =) emoticon
