I like to puree veggies or fruits and sneak them into baked goods, mashed potatoes(pureed cauliflower) and in turkey burgers to add flavor. I also add to smoothies to get my intake of fruits and veggies. My son doesn't know that he is eating veggies and doesn't complain.
Just being sneak does pay off. We get more veggies and fruits in our diets.
