I've gone down from a size 28 pants to a size 10 pair of designer jeans. Now, my daughter has given me a size 8 - and it's hanging in my closet waiting for the day I can wear it. I figure only 8 or 10 more pounds, and how hard can that be to lose?

Get up every day and be ready with a figure-flattering outfit!
At the start of my weight loss journey, I bought the same pair of black pants at a clothing outlet in four sizes. What a motivator to get dressed in the morning ~ find out that the size I was wearing was now too big ~ and already have a new pair of pants to slip right into in the next smaller size.
Black pants were the easist mix and match wardrobe item for my line of work, but you could easily substitute another item if necessary. Local outlets can be found near most major cities.
I saved a pair of size 18w pants (by no means the largest size I ever wore - but I got rid of all the 20-24s). When I find myself slipping I go to my closet, get those pants and hold them up in front of me. The thought wearing those pants again lights a fire under me to keep it moving in the right direction.
