Adding Beans To Soup

I like to use white beans in my soup as a thickener. I puree the bean before adding to soup. They add texture, flavor, protein and fiber.
The kids never complain about them cause they never see them.

    This is useful too to add pureed beans to Pizza sauce, meatloaf and almost anything you can imagine. Pat in Maine.
