  • I think that the actual product does not make you gain weight, since there are no actual calories in it, but it does create those cravings and people tend to drink them A LOT. But the advice is warranted and should be considered by some since many do consume it more than one should. - by SENZIBAR

  • Good idea. The aspartame and other artificial sweeteners have been shown to stimulate actual sugar cravings, probably because your brain is temporarily tricked into thinking you're actually ingesting sugar, then figures out there's no sugar absent, but a craving for the real thing remains.

    There are studies showing people actually gain weight while ingesting foods/drinks with artificial sweeteners. Plus, why load up the body with something unnatural? - by MINKABONET
