I became a vegan four months ago and this is the healthiest and happiest I have ever felt about my body. I lost 15 pounds without trying in the first month and have maintained that weight loss ever since. Try eating less meat and dairy and I promise you'll see and feel results!

  • I think this works well for most people. However, I've got diabetic tendencies and when I was vegan was not getting enough protein that was carb free. (Beans are high in both protein and carbs). It caused me to put on weight and bumped me over into active diabetes. I found aspects of vegan very helpful, but I do need meat to keep diabetes at bay. - by HAWKTHREE
