Best thing I ever did was download the Diet & Food Tracker and the SparkRecipes. I run around a lot and it helps that I can track what I do on the run.

    i got the App to.. and it's amazing i have it on my iPhone, it's free and has great features...I love tracking my food on the run, and also while am exercising at the gym i track my routines before i forget! ;) - by SAROONA2
  • Right now I have a Pre so there's no app. The mobile interface works, but I am looking forward to the fall when I'm planning on picking up an Android. The SparkPeople app will probably be my first app! - by BRONX_MARIANNE
