I keep a bag of frozen veggies (usually broccoli or green beans) in the freezer at work. For quick lunches, I grab a frozen entree of Ziti Marinara, Chicken Fettucini, Meatloaf and Mashed Potatoes, etc. (I usually use Michelina's Lean brand). At lunch time, I microwave 1 cup of the frozen veggies in a bowl and then my frozen meal. When the meal is thoroughly heated ~ I spoon it over the veggies. This is a great way to "extend" those little 9 ounce meals and get in another serving of veggies!

I really hate doing dishes, so it's so much easier for me to just grab the chip bag out of the cabinet. So now, when I do shopping, I buy plenty of sandwich and snack bags. When I get home and am putting everything away, I put the serving size of the chips and other snacks into the plastic baggies.
